Player Rights

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any fantasy contest, you have the right to file a complaint with FastDraft. This includes issues involving deposits, withdrawals, entry fees, prizes, contest scoring, or conduct by other players or FastDraft staff.

How to File a Complaint

What to Include

• Your user ID and name
• Contest ID or transaction ID
• Description of the issue
• Any supporting documents (e.g., screenshots)

Our Process

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
• You will receive a written response within 10 calendar days.
• Complaints and our responses will be in writing (email or logged chat).

Arizona Residents

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a written complaint with the Arizona Department of Gaming. Instructions will be provided upon request or in our final decision notice.

FastDraft retains all complaint records for three (3) years and will make them available to regulators upon request.
