Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern participation in the FastDraft Friday Giveaway ("Giveaway") sponsored by FastDraft ("Sponsor," "we," or "our"). Please read carefully before participating.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs every Friday from 12:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside of this window will not be considered.

Eligibility

By accessing or participating in paid-entry Fantasy Contests or FastDraft Giveaways, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to and uphold the terms and conditions outlined here.

You must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, which may be 19 or 21.
• You are a citizen or resident of the United States or Canada with a corresponding address.
• You are physically present in a jurisdiction within the United States or Canada where participation in the Fantasy Contest is legal at the time of your entry.
• You are not located in an Excluded State.
• You are not on any US government lists of banned or restricted parties.
• You are not subject to backup withholding tax for reasons outlined by the IRS.
• You are not an employee or officer of FastDraft or living in the same household as such an employee.
• You are not an employee or operator of another daily fantasy site that charges entry fees or offers cash prizes.
• You do not possess non-public confidential information about Fantasy Contests due to an affiliation with another daily fantasy site.

FastDraft has the right, at any time, to request you to furnish us with proof of your identity, your age and/or your place of residence to provide evidence of eligibility to receive prizes from Fantasy Contests. Your account may be suspended pending receipt of this information to verify your eligibility to use the Services.

By entering, you confirm your eligibility under all applicable laws and that your participation does not violate any local, state, or federal laws or regulations. For more information regarding eligibility please read our terms of service.

How to Enter

Entry instructions for each Friday Giveaway will be posted on FastDraft's official social media pages. Participants must follow all steps listed in the specific Friday promotion post to be eligible.

Each Friday's promotion may vary. Entry details, including what constitutes a valid entry, are determined solely by FastDraft and will be clearly listed in the post. Failure to follow the posted instructions will result in disqualification.

Prize & Redemption

Prizes awarded through the Giveaway:

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
• May vary weekly and are subject to availability

Winners will be notified via the contact method provided upon entry (e.g., social media direct message or email). You must respond within five (5) days of the notification to claim your prize. Failure to respond in time, or failure to meet eligibility criteria, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

All Decisions Are Final

All Giveaway decisions are made at the sole discretion of FastDraft and are final and binding. FastDraft reserves the right to determine prize eligibility, disqualify entries, modify promotions, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice.

No Cash Value

All prizes, giveaways, rewards, or promotional items associated with the Giveaway have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or credit.

Fraud and Abuse

Use of bots, fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit the Giveaway process will result in immediate disqualification. FastDraft reserves the right to ban participants from current and future promotions for abuse or fraud.

Publicity Release

By participating, you grant FastDraft permission to use your name, likeness, and content submitted in connection with the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected through your participation may be used for administration of the Giveaway and future promotional communications. Use of personal data is governed by FastDraft's Privacy Policy.
