Massachusetts
- Residents are limited to $1,000 per 31 days
Maryland
- Users have a limit of $5,000 per 31 days
Tennessee
- Residents have a limit of $2,500 per month.
- No player who is classified as a beginning player shall be allowed to request an increase in their deposit limit.
- In order to be eligible for a deposit limit increase, a player must demonstrate, to the fantasy sports operator's reasonable satisfaction, that they qualify for an increase based on the player's annual income or net worth, but in no circumstances shall such deposit limits be increased unless the player has an annual income of more than $150,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) or financial net worth greater than $500,000, calculated as follows:
  - Any individual whose net worth, or joint net worth with that individual's spouse, exceeds five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000).
    - (i) For purposes of calculating net worth under this subsection, the individual's primary residence shall not be included as an asset;
    - (ii) Indebtedness that is secured by the individual's primary residence, up to the estimated fair market value of the primary residence at the time of the request for account increase, shall not be included as a liability (except that the amount of such indebtedness outstanding at the time of the request for account increase exceeds the amount outstanding sixty (60) days before such time, other than as a result of the acquisition of the primary residence, the amount of such excess shall be included as a liability; and
    - (iii) Indebtedness that is secured by the individual's primary residence in excess of the estimated fair market value of the primary residence at the time of the request for account increase shall be included as a liability;
  - Any individual who had an individual gross income in excess of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in each of the two (2) most recent years, or joint income with that individual's spouse in excess of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) in each of those years and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.

Self-Exclusion and Limits on Play

To help you enjoy fantasy contests in a responsible and controlled manner, FastDraft provides a variety of proactive tools and supportive measures. Users can customize their own limits, including:

Monthly deposit limits with real-time alerts as you approach your set threshold.
Entry fee limits with alerts when nearing your limit.
Monthly entry limits with alerts to track your remaining entries.

Self-Restriction Periods

Every user has the right to irrevocably restrict their ability to enter or participate in fantasy contests for a chosen period of time. Available restriction periods include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or 10 years. At a minimum, 1-year and 5-year options are always offered. A self-restriction will automatically end at the expiration of the selected period unless you extend or renew it. Once enabled, a self-restriction cannot be shortened or cancelled, though you may lengthen it at any time.

Pre-Restriction Information and Agreement

Before you enable a self-restriction, FastDraft provides a full explanation of the program, including:

Your duties during the restriction, including that you may not collect prizes or recover any losses for contests entered while the restriction is in effect.
FastDraft's duties to enforce the restriction and cancel any pending contest entries, with entry fees refunded to you.
A description of all activities FastDraft will restrict or prohibit, including preventing you from establishing a new account or entering any fantasy contest we offer in any jurisdiction.
A clear statement that any pending contest entries will be cancelled and corresponding entry fees refunded, and that remaining account funds will be returned to you or handled as directed by a state agency.
Your agreement to release the state, its regulatory agency and employees, and FastDraft (including its officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any harm or liability that may arise from your self-restriction. A completed request for self-restriction takes effect immediately (or at the clearly indicated time) and FastDraft ensures that the restriction is correctly implemented when it begins.

During the Restriction

While a self-restriction is in effect:

Your account will be suspended, closed, or otherwise restricted so that no new deposits can be made and no new fantasy contest entries can be submitted until the restriction expires
Any pending contest entries will be cancelled and the corresponding entry fees refunded to you.
You are prohibited from opening a new account or participating in any fantasy contests on FastDraft.
FastDraft will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove you from all targeted advertising within 30 days, and may share your name and limited identifying information with advertising partners solely to ensure you are removed from such advertisements.

All personal information collected in connection with self-restriction is protected by commercially reasonable safeguards to maintain confidentiality.

Self-Exclusion

If you simply need a break without selecting a specific self-restriction period, you can activate a self-imposed hiatus through the Self-Exclusion and Limits on Play section of the App. This action is irreversible during the set period. During self-exclusion we will use reasonable efforts not to send you any marketing material, and we will not accept any deposits or entries from you. You may not open a new account during this time. We will not reopen any self-excluded account; however, after the expiry of the exclusion period you may contact us and request that your account be reopened.

Account Integrity

Our Terms of Use limit you to one account only. If we discover that you have created an additional account—whether to circumvent self-restriction or for any other reason—we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and otherwise restrict your ability to access the Services.

State Exclusion Lists

Upon receiving the most recent exclusion list for Arizona, Maryland, Michigan and Pennsylvania we promptly disseminate it to our technical team to ensure that individuals listed are promptly added to our database. These updates are swiftly implemented within a 48-hour window to ensure compliance. Concurrently, these flagged users are systematically removed from any associated email lists using their name and their email address. To maintain compliance and safeguard against unauthorized access.

Any person identified by a gaming board or agency as excluded is permanently prohibited from creating a FastDraft player account or entering or participating in any fantasy contest unless the Board or agency rescinds the exclusion. Upon receiving exclusion notice from state agencies, FastDraft will immediately suspend, close, or restrict the individual's account so that no new deposits or entries can be made. Any pending contest entries will be cancelled and the corresponding entry fees refunded or seized as directed by the agencies, and any remaining account funds will be returned to the individual or handled according to the agencies instructions. FastDraft maintains commercially reasonable procedures and internal controls to monitor agency notices, prevent prohibited participation, and ensure timely execution of all required account actions.
