Overview

At FastDraft, we prioritize creating a secure, equitable, and responsible gaming environment. Our platform is crafted with the intent to allow users to participate in a manner that suits their financial capabilities and comfort levels. We take the concept of responsible gaming with utmost seriousness. In the following sections, we detail the array of tools and resources provided to our users aimed at curbing problem gaming behaviors.

To help you navigate your gaming activities in a responsible manner, we offer a variety of proactive tools and supportive measures. FastDraft empowers users with the ability to impose sensible gaming limits on themselves. Should you find yourself investing excessive amounts of money, entering too many contests, or allocating too much for entry fees, we offer the flexibility to set limits on your gaming activities. These self-imposed boundaries are designed to help you maintain control and continue enjoying the games within your own set limits.

Understand Your Boundaries

At FastDraft, we encourage our customers to engage in fantasy contests responsibly. Here are some guidelines to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Set clear limits for depositing and spending before starting to play. Avoid participating in fantasy contests if it impacts your daily responsibilities. Do not engage in fantasy contests under the influence of alcohol or any other substances.

Stay Safe While Playing

We prioritize your privacy and security. Here are some measures you can take to enhance your protection:

Reset your password if you forget it or suspect unauthorized access, using the "Change Password" link on our login page or within your account settings. Ensure that your device is locked when not in use to prevent unauthorized access to your FastDraft account.

Regularly review your account's transaction history to ensure all activities are recognized.

Parental Controls

FastDraft is committed to complying with state-specific age requirements and maintaining user eligibility standards. If minors could access your devices, we recommend installing parental control software to restrict their access to FastDraft. Should you suspect a minor has used your account, please contact our support team immediately for necessary actions, including account deactivation. Additionally, ensure all your devices are securely locked when not in use to prevent unauthorized access. For more information please visit the resource below

Self-exclusion

If you need a break, consider visiting our Self-Exclusion and Limits on Play section in the App, which allows for a self-imposed hiatus from gaming. Please note that this action is irreversible during the set period. Contact FastDraft support for assistance with contest settlements or any other inquiries.

During a period of self-exclusion, we will use reasonable efforts to not send you any marketing material and we will not accept any deposits or entries from you. During a period of self-exclusion, you may not open a new account. We will not reopen any self-excluded account; however, after the expiry of the exclusion period you may contact us and ask for your account to be reopened. Our Terms of Use limit you to the creation of one account. Should we discovery that you have created an additional account (whether for the purpose of circumventing voluntary self-exclusion, or otherwise), you acknowledge that we reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your account, and/or otherwise restrict your ability to access the Services.
