Contest integrity and transparency stand as cornerstones of our success, principles we consistently endeavor to uphold across all our contests and tournaments. To maintain these standards, we conduct routine integrity checks on all entries and drafts. Should our security system flag a draft, it undergoes a thorough manual review for further assessment. Subsequent to this review, the draft will either proceed as eligible or be marked ineligible, leading to its cancellation and removal from the tournament. If you suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity in a draft or contest that could potentially skew the results, please email [email protected]. We take such concerns seriously and will investigate accordingly.

Please read below for information on how FastDraft will handle the awarding of prizes for all Leagues and Contests if the NFL season experiences any alterations such as shortening, delays, suspensions, or discontinuation.
Officially Announced Shortened NFL Season: All FastDraft Leagues and Contests will match the duration of the official NFL regular season. If the NFL declares an official regular season with a reduced number of games, FastDraft Leagues and Contests will be adjusted accordingly.
For instance, should the NFL announce an official regular season of fourteen (14) games, FastDraft Leagues and Contests will be conducted over 14 weeks. Similarly, if the NFL's official regular season comprises ten (10) games, FastDraft Leagues and Contests will span 10 weeks.
FastDraft may modify game formats to align with any changes in the official NFL regular season length. However, FastDraft will not cancel any Leagues and Contests due to a change in the season's duration. Prize structures for all FastDraft Leagues and Contets will be maintained as established.
NFL Season Delay or Suspension: In the event that the NFL season is delayed or suspended, all FastDraft leagues and contests will be put on hold and will continue from where they left off once the NFL season restarts.
NFL Game Suspension, Cancellation, or Change: For FastDraft's official statistics, an NFL game must occur before the next week's games start and must be officially recognized by the NFL for that particular week to count in FastDraft. Games rescheduled to a different week will count for the week to which they are moved. Canceled games will not be counted. Games that are suspended partway through will be addressed on an individual basis. FastDraft retains the right to revise or maintain its rules as deemed necessary in response to changes in NFL games or the season.
If a tie occurs, entrants who are tied will evenly divide the combined prize allocation for the corresponding finishing positions they share. For instance, if two entrants tie for first place, they will equally split the combined prize for first and second place. Similarly, if four entrants tie for second place, they will evenly divide the combined prize for second, third, fourth, and fifth place.
Prize substitutions or transfers are not allowed. Winners bear sole responsibility for all taxes due on prizes. If prize distribution is legally contested, FastDraft has the sole right to decide whether or not to award or adjust the prize.
If your account remains inactive for the duration specified by applicable state law, typically ranging from thirty-six (36) to sixty (60) months, it may be classified as abandoned. In the event that an account is considered abandoned, FastDraft is obligated by state law to surrender the abandoned funds to the relevant state agency as unclaimed property.
Contest results will be based solely on the final statistics and scoring result at the completion of the last professional sports games relating to each contest, in accordance with data provided by our third party data providers, which is subject to human error and may not be 100% accurate. As such, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data used to allocate points scoring in all circumstances, nor do we accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from any such inaccuracies.
The scoring results of a contest will not be changed regardless of any official statistics or scoring adjustments made by the leagues at later times or dates; however, we reserve the right to make corrections or amendments to the scoring or points allocated during a contest at any time before the prize for that contest has been awarded. Once Contest results are reviewed and graded, prizes are awarded.
FastDraft retains the sole discretion to amend scores if a potential scoring error by a provider or FastDraft is identified, albeit in rare instances. Under such circumstances, contest results may be adjusted, and payments may be reversed and reissued accordingly based on the correction. FastDraft is not obligated to postpone prize distribution pending any adjustments, and reserves the right to reverse payments if necessary. By participating, you agree to cooperate with our efforts to reverse payments. Ultimately, you acknowledge that the final determination of contest winners is subject to the sole discretion of FastDraft.
