Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and each of such employee's, officer's, and director's immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. For purposes of the Contest, immediate family members are defined as spouses, partners, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and individuals living in the same residence for at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.

VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering the Contest, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria. You further represent and warrant that your participation in or attempted participation in the Contest does not violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation that governs your entry into the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in the Contest for any reason, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or history or if you failed to participate in any previous contest in good faith. By participating in the Contest, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Contest Rules” and the Sponsor's interpretation of and decisions under these Official Contest Rules, along with the Sponsor's Terms and Conditions which will be final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER

To access the Rookie Draft Championship, visit the FastDraft App. The Tournaments tab will display a series of tournaments. Each offering constitutes its own contest and has its own Contest Period and prize. To submit your entry (“Entry”) into a particular contest, click "Enter Tournament" draft your roster and set your boosters. For information on scoring please visit FastDraft's Game Rules.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. The Rookie Draft Championships does not involve real money wagering. Prizes will only be awarded as set forth in Sections 5 and 7 of these Official Contest Rules. Prizes have no cash value.

Once the Contest Period for a particular contest is over, you will no longer be able to enter that contest. An Entry is deemed “received” when the Sponsor’s servers record the Entry information and the draft has begun.

Only 5 Entries per eligible account is permitted. Participants entering or attempting to enter a contest five times during the Contest Period will be disqualified. Participants are permitted to use only one email address, and the use of multiple email addresses will be void.

The Sponsor may run multiple campaigns, contests, or other contests simultaneously. Participation in one does not constitute participation in and does not prohibit participation in any others.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Participant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address used during registration and used to submit the Entry. Participants who win the Contest(“Winners”) may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry shall be deemed ineligible.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded for the Rookie Draft Championship Contest. The first-place winner will receive a Free Trip to the 2026 Pro Bowl. The Free Trip to the Pro Bowl shall include: two (2) general admission tickets, two (2) domestic airfare tickets, and one (1) hotel room for a three (3) night stay. The total value of the prize shall not exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). The prize is non-transferable and holds no cash value. The prize will be given to the entry with the highest accumulated total points through Week 17 of the NFL season, which is defined as the duration of the Contest. In the event a Contest has two (2) or more entries with the same score, the Contest tie-breaker will be determined by the total points accumulated during weeks 1-3 combined with weeks 15-17. This accumulation of points will be used to break any ties. If a tie still exists between one or more contestants, the outcome will be determined by a coin flip. The rules set forth in the Rookie Draft Championship regarding Ties supersede the Tie breaker rules set forth in the FastDraft Game Rules.

The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received and the Participants’ ability to draft the best team.

If a Winner cannot be contacted, or if a Winner is ineligible, has not complied with the Official Contest Rules, fails to timely claim the Prize, or fails to timely return any required documentation, the Prize will be forfeited. Each Winner may also elect to forfeit or decline the Prize. If the Prize is unclaimed, forfeited, or declined, then, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, it may be awarded to the Participant(s) with the second most points (“Alternate Winner(s)”).

In the event of a Contest postponement or cancellation, affected contests will follow FastDrafts official Terms of Service regarding contest cancellation or postponements.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Within five (5) business days of Sponsor determining the Winner(s) of any prize, such Winner(s) will be notified that she or he is a Winner, via email to the Email Address used to submit the winning Entry (“Winner Notification”). Winner Notification is deemed to occur immediately upon Sponsor’s sending of said email.

Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, or incomplete contact information, or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in the Winner’s email account to receive email messages. Sponsor is also not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.

REDEMPTION OF PRIZE

The Prize will be awarded to the address provided by the Winner in response to the Winner Notification within 60 days of Sponsor receiving said response from the Winner. The Prize is not transferable, and ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER OF THE PRIZE.

The name(s) of the Winner(s) will be placed on a Winner’s List maintained by Sponsor within 60 days, which can be requested by contacting the Sponsor directly.

Any information Participants provide to Sponsor may also be used to communicate with such Participants regarding the Contest or subjects unrelated to the Contest or may also be used for purposes of creating a Contest winner’s list.

Subject to applicable law, Winners irrevocably grant Sponsor and each of its licensees, successors, assigns, and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness, and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional, and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Contest, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and in connection with related products, services, advertising, and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice, or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize.

DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY

Unless prohibited by law, each Winner will be required to sign and return, within the time period specified at Winner Notification, a Winner Declaration of Eligibility, liability release, and publicity grant (“Declaration”) in a form acceptable to FastDraft, which will include consent to the use of the Winner’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

If a Winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Declaration within the time period required by Sponsor or if the Prize or Winner Notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable to such Winner, such Winner may be disqualified and an Alternate Winner may be selected.

Participants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest, or those who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Contest, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the Participant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Alternative Contests.
